If for any reason You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review Our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms apply to any products purchased from Us.

Interpretation
The words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. The definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

- Goods refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.

- You means the individual or entity using the Service.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancellation is 14 days from the date you received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days.
- The Goods are in their original packaging.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
- Goods which by their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or where the expiry date has passed.
- Goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. Refunds cannot be issued without proof of return delivery or receipt of the Goods.
Restocking Fees
For items not held in stock and ordered specially from the manufacturer, returns may be subject to a manufacturer restocking fee and other associated costs, such as handling or return freight to the manufacturer.
The applicable restocking fee is determined at the discretion of the manufacturer and may vary between brands or suppliers. These fees are outside of our control and will be advised to you once confirmed by the manufacturer.
Please note that all return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
